Using TaxWithholdingItems from an original estimate, the caller can specify specific adjustments to an given item. Alternatively, the caller can provide a total adjustment amount to be made for a given security in a TaxWithholdingItem and TAXS will choose the specific TaxWithholdingItem to which to apply the adjustment.
