Create a new Block Signal Portfolio for the given CINC Portfolio Ids. These portfolios will be included in the Block Signal sync process. The sync runs daily so any portfolios added here should be reflected in holdings in the next 24 hours.

Generate a trade confirmation for the given auction and top-level account. After a transaction has settled, each top-level account that participated in the transaction receives a trade confirmation with information about the trades that they or their child accounts were involved in.
Command from the UI to generate trade confirm for all accounts associated with a specific auction. This command is broken down to GenerateTradeConfirmReport. This will always be in Draft mode as Trade Confirm for all associated accounts gets automatically triggered when GenerateTransactionDocuments command is produced onto the queue.
Generates transaction binders for a closed and settled auction. This command is broken down to GenerateTransactionBinderForAccount. This alleviates the user from finding the trade pairs for an account in order to generate a report.
This command is used to initiate a new invite to blocks users. The command will create any missing accounts and or account users that are required to access the marketplace. If the user does not have a Carta account, this command will send them a registration invitation to join Carta as well.
A command that can be used to send RequestTaxWithholdingEstimates commands. Useful if the rules in the tax engine have been updated after tax withholding estimates were initially requested.
