This field indicates the reason for the last time that a Trade was updated.
Values

| Traded | 1 | Initial generation of the Trade through a match. |
| Cancelled | 2 | The Trade was cancelled. |
| StateChange | 3 | The settlement status of the Trade was updated or changed. |
| Loaded | 4 | The Trade was loaded from cache (or tsv) file on startup of the Matching Engine. |
| Cycled | 5 | The Matching Engine was cycled. |
| Proposed | 6 | For a CCMX Tender transaction, a proposed Trade was generated. |
| QuantityUpdated | 7 | The Trade's Quantity was updated. |
| ValuesUpdated | 8 | The Trade's Value was updated. |
