ReservationDeficitType
This field is to allow pre-reservation of funds that have not yet been received into the account. It allows the available balance on the account to go negative as a result of the reservation.
Values

| None | 0 | No deficit is allowed |
| InitialOnly | 1 | A deficit will ony be allowed once on the initial reservation creation (or on subsequent updates to the record). The deficit may never be increased as a result of a withdraw on the Holding, however if may be decreased as a result of a deposit. |
| Floating | 2 | A deficit will be allowed at any time and it may increase or decrease as a result of withdraws or deposits on the Holding. |
