CalendarDateType

For a trading calendar, indicates the type for special dates. This is a bit field as a date may have more than one type attribute.

SystemClosed	1	The system is closed on the date.
TradingHol	2	The date is a trading holiday (but not a settlement holiday).
SettlementHol	4	The date is a settlement holiday (but not a trading holiday).
DisbursementHol	8	The date is a disbursement holiday for corporate paper instruments.
RepaymentHol	16	The date is a repayment holiday for corporate paper instruments.
