How to get and deploy MarketGrid using container infrastructure.

MarketGrid is delivered as a single container image. It is designed to be run within an container runtime, such as Docker or containerd. Usually, it will be used within an orchestration framework such as Kubernetes, however MarketGrid itself is agnostic to the choice of runtime and orchestration framework.
